Terms and conditions
Please note
that linen is not
provided.you will need to bring sheets pillow cases towels etc.
Electrical equipment(apart
from supplied with house) is not to be used
Cars are not to
be parked on
the premises except in the space provided. Other cars are to be kept
off grass.
The premises
are to be left
clean and tidy, including the dishes washed and put away any rubbish
removed,
beds made (without sheets),floors clean.
The number of
persons staying
in the premises at any time must not exceed the number of beds provided
If there is any
problems
perceived by the tenant on occupation of the premises, the caretakers
should be
notified immediately, so that the problem can be rectified as soon as possible. No subsequent
compensation of any kind for a problem not reported
to us immediately, will be
considered!
Any description
of the
premises is made in good faith.
Tenancy
commences at 2pm on
the commencement date and ends at 10am on departure date. |
